2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 535 platform. Creating multiple accounts using different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information, including your full name, active phone number and a valid email address. 535 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purposes of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 535 support immediately.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 535 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Impersonating another person or using someone else's personal information without their consent.
- Engaging in fraud or attempting to manipulate the betting or gaming systems.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive to other users.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of the platform's infrastructure.
535 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be in breach of the above rules, including freezing balances, suspending access and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 535 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX and DuitNow. Payments in foreign currencies are not accepted unless stated otherwise.
Deposit
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after confirmation by the payment processor. If your deposit has not been credited within a reasonable timeframe, please contact 535 support with proof of transaction. 535 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as financial institutions or payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with 535's internal review procedures. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to the current policy, which can be viewed in your account section. 535 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if there is a need to investigate any suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 535 are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer. Bonus abuse, including attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements, may result in bonus forfeiture and further action taken against the account.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

535 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to service disruptions, technical errors or delays in transaction processing. 535's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
535 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, fraudulent or manipulative activity, false information provided during registration, requests from law enforcement authorities, or if 535 discontinues services in a particular region. Any valid balance remaining in an account closed for reasons not attributable to a user breach will be refunded upon completion of the review process.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 535 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and interfaces — is the intellectual property of 535 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written authorisation from 535.

535 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 535 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
